What You’ll Practice Inside

This is a 7-day guided experience that helps you:

  • Stop overriding your own signals

  • Tell the truth without flooding yourself

  • Integrate change without forcing a new identity

Each day includes a short teaching and a guided practice. Most practices take 8–10 minutes.

Learning to notice the body’s signal before the mind builds a narrative.

Day 5 – One Coherent Step

Moving forward without urgency or self-abandonment.

Day 6 – Repair Is How Trust Is Built

Internal and external repair, without collapsing or over-apologizing.

Day 7 – Living Forward

Integration without forcing the next version of yourself.

You can revisit any day at any time. This is skill building, not a linear self-improvement program.
